LAST UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION DATE

Wednesday, January 14th:
EE-D Levels: 6pm-7pm
C-A Levels: 7pm-8pm

IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Required Uniform Deposit. A Uniform Deposit of $60.00 is required for uniform issuance. The Player's Basketball Uniform will not be issued without a Uniform Deposit. Preferred Deposit is a Personal Check; however, Cash, Money Order or Cashier's Check are acceptable forms for the Uniform Deposit. Cash Deposits need to be the exact amount.

The Uniform Deposit is payable to Tracyton Pee Wees which is securely held, not cashed and returned once all issued gear is received after the end of the season. If you have multiple players, one deposit check is acceptable for the total amount; however, each player’s name along with level needs to be notated accordingly.

-Registration Paid in Full. The Player’s Basketball Uniform will not be issued if Basketball Registration has not been fully paid.

Please log in to your account to ensure the balance is paid in full. There have been accounts enrolled in Auto Pay that have had failed payment attempts and the system does not re-attempt a scheduled payment. An outstanding balance statement will be emailed for reference.
