In preparation for our 2023 Baseball Season, we have scheduled Field Clean-Up for our home fields at Bunker for Sunday, March 19th, from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. We need as many volunteers as possible to ensure our fields are fully ready for our Players’ use prior to the season’s start. Our clean-up day is critical to maintaining and improving the facilities. There is always significant work to be completed.
Please bring outdoor equipment and tools such as wheelbarrows, trimmers, blowers, pressure washers, rakes, shovels, gloves and/or any other type of equipment and tools that can assist with the field clean-up.
We are in need of a Carpenter and Electrician that are willing and available to donate their time for needed projects around the field and Clubhouse. We are also in need of a tractor and scissor lift for field day. If you are unable to make it on field clean-up day but want to help at other times, please email [email protected].

GENERAL REPAIR & MAINTENANCE
-Weed around both upper and lower fields.
-Repair the sprinkler system on the lower field.
-Replace infield dirt on the upper field and fill in low areas of the infield to prevent puddling.
-Spread gravel around the common area.
-Paint the Clubhouse/Snack Shack.
-Clean up and finish the new batting cage project to include hardware, poles, etc.
-Clean, paint, and repair dugouts.
-Replace and paint boards on bleachers.
-Organize field and equipment sheds.
-Weed and edge trim the fence lines.
-Repair the windscreen on the fence lines.
-Cut brush and branches around the fields.
-Install a new home plate for the upper field.
-Pick up trash around the facility.
-General clean up, clearing, raking, weeding, and maintenance.
-Install sponsor banners.
-Clear the warm-up area behind the upper outfield.
-Replace outdoor security lights.
GEAR SWAP
During field cleanup day we will be accepting outgrown, but in good condition, baseball gear.
We will redistribute these items to families who could use them. Our kids are growing so fast, and last year’s pants become this year's practice pants and most can find at least one pair of cleats that were outgrown before out used. Also, please come and see if there is anything your player could get some use out of, especially the pants and cleats.
