NOTE: Players who belong to any of the Organizations who choose not to field sports for a particular sports season through Pee Wees, such as Baseball, shall be given the option to play Pee Wees for another KPAPWA Member Club for that sport.  Players must return to their Parent Club for all other Sports.

IMPORTANT: Prior to registration, verify if your resident address is within the prescribed boundaries of Tracyton Pee Wees.  Details regarding the boundary requirements can be found under the Registration tab under Boundaries. If you are a returning Tracyton Player and have moved, contact the Registrar regarding the details and eligibility requirements of a Move Release Form.

IMPORTANT:  New Players are required to provide age verification documents BEFORE they will be placed on a team. Approved forms of age verification include Birth Certificate, Hospital Certificate of Birth, Baptismal Certificate, Passport, Military ID, DEERS Enrollment, WA State ID Card or Paperwork issued from the State of WA. Your Player's Age Verification Document can be uploaded at the time of registration or uploaded through your account at a later time. Or a copy can be provided via email to the Registrar at [email protected]. A hard copy can also be mailed to the Registrar's attention to P.O. Box 536, Tracyton, WA 98393.

ONLINE REGISTRATION
Registrations are completed online.  An account can be created by selecting the Log In at the top right of the website.  Returning Players may log in and register for the upcoming sport season.  Returning Players, please ensure all contact information is up to date.

Each sport's registration offers a payment plan option in the registration system.

Tracyton Pee Wee also enables the opportunity for all eligible Players to participate in our youth sports programs regardless of financial means or limitations.  TPWSA offers a Scholarship Program based on budgeted funding to financially assist with Player registration fees. Details regarding our Scholarship Program along with a Scholarship Application can be found in the Registration section under Scholarship.

Any Player may have the opportunity to play above their age group; however cannot play below it.  We discourage allowing a child to play up and find it is in the best interest of the Player to continue in their league level age bracket.  Understandably there are circumstances that bear the exception.  A written request to play up must be submitted to the Sport Coordinator’s attention for consideration and approval.  Please note, a Player requesting to play up to the next string level may not take a roster spot from a player who meets the age requirements of that level.
