Tracyton Pee Wees is excited to participate in the 2024 Kitsap Great Give! This is an amazing opportunity for our organization to raise needed funds.

Save the Date! Please consider donating to Tracyton Pee Wees on April 16th and show your support by sharing this event with Family, Friends, Employers or through your Business. Help us make a difference in our Community by supporting our Youth Sports Programs.
NOTE: Early Giving begins on April 01st.

As a nonprofit, raising additional funds is essential for the success of our organization. Registration costs cover the bare minimum of operating our youth sports programs. Added resources allow our Club the opportunity to provide our Players and Coaches with higher-quality equipment, uniforms, upgraded field amenities, and a larger scholarship pool. All without having to raise registration fees. In turn, lower registration fees offers more families an affordable opportunity for their child(ren) to participate and receive the many benefits of youth sports.

How Your Donation Works:
Your donation on April 16th will help Tracyton Pee Wees further our mission to increase the awareness and participation in the sports of Football, Cheer, Basketball and Baseball. To supervise, sponsor, and financially assist a disciplined and competitive program of youth sports.

How You Can Give On April 16th:

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

We are in need of Volunteers for the McTakeOver Fundraiser Event to assist in handing out food at the front counter, clearing tables in the dining room, selling coupon books, greeting customers, etc. We also need our Tracyton Players, preferably in Tracyton Gear, to help promote at the McTakeOver event both inside and outside the restaurant under Adult supervision.

2ND ANNUAL BACK-TO-SCHOOL BLOCK PARTY
We're throwing you a party! Come enjoy a FREE fun-filled day at the ball field and pick up your backpack - courtesy of Green Gables Montessori - full of school supplies - courtesy of the efforts of Equilibrium Natural Health, Looking Glass Chiropractic, and the Bremerton Fred Meyer.

Activities include: Batting Cage, Batting Range (each distance has a prize), Music, Huge Bounce Houses donated by Straight Up Racing again this year, Obstacle Courses built and managed by Olympic High School athletes, Fire Truck Tours managed by special visitors from Central Kitsap Fire & Rescue, Monster Truck and muscle cars on-site by Kitsap Car Enthusiasts, and appearances and pictures with the Princesses of the Miss Poulsbo, Miss Kitsap, and Miss Silverdale pageant.

The Trojan Shack will be open for snacks and lunch, serving a full menu.

Raffle items so far include: (2) Gift Certificates for Spiro's Pizza, (2) Gift Certificates for Oak Table, (1) $50 Gift Certificate to Esthetics by Janay.

Calling all Business Owners!

Our Fundraising team is looking for Vendors or Sponsors for our 2nd Annual Back-to-School Block Party on August 5th. Last year we had several hundred attendees and a load of fun. We anticipate a much larger crowd will be drawn from the activities and visitors we have already procured this year: Olympic High School Athletics student athletes with obstacle courses, Kitsap Car Enthusiasts with their amazing cars and A MONSTER TRUCK on display, Central Kitsap Fire & Rescue with a team and a FIRE TRUCK on display, appearances by the Miss Poulsbo Kitsap Silverdale crowned royalty, and Straight Up Racing's giant bounce houses.

Vendor events are highly impactful for business growth. Our event has a minimal cost with a maximum benefit. Just ask some of our vendors from last year: Equilibrium Natural Health, Looking Glass Chiropractic, Life Long Dental - Kasey Gillespie, DDS, and Planet Fitness of Bremerton.

Not interested in a vendor booth? No worries. Choose the Sponsorship Option in exchange for advertising. The level of advertising is dependent upon the level of the company donation. Our most recent sponsors include Details Property Management, Silverdale Spiro's, Palomino Advising, the Oak Table Cafe, and Esthetics By Janay.

Help us raise the much needed funds to upgrade our facility, sports equipment and continue to provide necessary scholarships for families. If you're planning to purchase fireworks for your 4th of July events, please consider buying from us to help raise funds.
