2024 KPAPWA BASEBALL SCHEDULE
The first three weeks of the Baseball Game Schedule have been released at the following live link. The full Baseball Game Schedule will be uploaded to the link by this weekend. At this time, the Baseball Game Schedule will not be posted on the KPAPWA website as it is still under development from its transition to a new website platform.
2024 KPAPWA Baseball Schedule
Coaches should have the games uploaded to their Team's GameChanger shortly. If you have the GameChanger App you have the option to sync the schedule to your smart phone's calendar.
BASEBALL: UNIFORM ISSUANCE
Head Coaches will be distributing Baseball Game Jerseys and Baseball Hats to their team. Head Coaches will receive the items on Monday evening and will distribute them prior to Games.
NOTE: Registration Paid in Full. The Player’s Baseball Uniform will not be issued if Baseball Registration has not been fully paid. An exception will be given to those who are enrolled in Auto Pay with the final installment payment scheduled for April 15th.
Please log in to your account to ensure the balance is paid in full. There have been accounts enrolled in Auto Pay that have had failed payment attempts.
REMINDER: PARENT PROVIDED BASEBALL GEAR
White Baseball Pants (Full Length or Below the Knee), Royal Blue Belt, Royal Blue Athletic Socks with Below the Knee Baseball Pants, Athletic Supporter with Protective Cup, Plastic Molded Cleats, and Mitt. We have minimal Bats and Batting Helmets issued to Coaches for use during practices and games. Many Players prefer to have their own Bat and Batting Helmet. Gear Bag and/or Batting Gloves are optional.
With lower temperatures, Players should wear long sleeves under their game jersey on game days. Long Sleeves can be Royal Blue, Grey, Black, or White. NOTE: Pitchers cannot pitch with White Long Sleeves in a Game as part of the rules.

2024 Tracyton Pee Wee Baseball
We would like to extend a warm welcome to Tracyton Baseball for our new Players, returning Players and Families. Thank you for joining us for the 2024 Baseball Season!

Baseball will be in full swing this coming week of March 25th when most teams will begin practice. Coaches will touch base with their team regarding the practice schedule and team details shortly after the scheduled Coaches Meeting on March 23rd.

IMPORTANT NOTE: T-Ball Teams are tentatively on hold until we secure an additional Head Coach for the second team. Please reach out if you are interested or if you know of a family member and/or someone who may be willing and able to coach.

GAMECHANGER APP AND TEAM PAGE
The GameChanger mobile App will be the primary communication tool with your team. It is a centralized location for team management which includes rosters, scheduling, in-app messaging, photo sharing, live video streaming, and score updates. https://gc.com/
NOTE: When creating an account in GameChanger, it will need to be the same email address associated with your Sports Connect account.
The Team Page can be accessed by logging in to your Sports Connect account and clicking on the link on the dashboard to your Team Page. The link is also provided in the Team Update email notification when your Player was assigned a team.
From your Team Page and Team Central you can see Schedules, Roster, Team and Club News, Photos and Standings.
For privacy reasons, Team Pages and Team Central are only visible to registered team players, personnel, and parents that have been allocated to that team by a Club Administrator.
Uniforms
Uniform distribution of Baseball Game Jerseys and Baseball Hats will be issued no later than April 19th. A Uniform Issuance date will be established once we have the uniforms in hand for issuance.
Sizes issued will be based on the sizes provided in registration. Players’ game jerseys will be personalized with their last name that was entered in registration. No changes will be available once the order is submitted to our Vendor for processing.

Baseball Photos
Baseball photos are scheduled for Friday, May 03rd, at Bunker Field. Each team will be scheduled in an allotted time slot. Details will be emailed closer to the event including a pre-pay link for photos.
Photography will be by Olympic Photo Group.
Game Schedule
Scheduled games will start on April 20th. The Game Schedule will be released one week before the Games are scheduled to begin.
The Game Schedule will be released by KPAPWA. Once released, the Game Schedule will be communicated by your Coach and/or Team Parent and will be detailed on the Team’s GameChanger Mobile App.
2024 OHS Baseball Skills Clinic
The 2024 Baseball Skills Clinic sponsored by OHS Baseball is scheduled for Monday, April 01st, from 9AM - 1PM, Lobe Field 2 at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds. Players K-8th Grade. $45 per Athlete before 03/28/24.

Tracyton Pee Wees is excited to participate in the 2024 Kitsap Great Give! This is an amazing opportunity for our organization to raise needed funds.

-T-Ball: One opening available.
-Coach Pitch: Waitlisted. Additional three (3) Players needed to form a second team.
-D Level: Waitlisted. Additional 6-7 Players needed to form a second team.
-C Level: One opening available.
-B Level: Two openings available.
-A Level: No Team. Not enough registered Players to form a team.

NOTE: At this time, we are in the process of forming teams as well as assigning Coaches to teams. We expect to have teams formed for the most part by the beginning of next week. Once finalized and after the Coaches Meeting on the 23rd, the Coach will be in touch with their Players regarding team details.
The earliest practices will begin is the week of March 25th after the basketball season has concluded.

Thank you for joining us for an exciting season of Baseball! We know many are anxiously awaiting the season to begin. At this time, we are in the process of forming teams as well as assigning Coaches to teams.
Due to details that need to be finalized with teams and the basketball season running until the 23rd, we will extend the start date of our practices to begin the week of March 25th. We expect to have teams formed within the next week. Once finalized and after the Coaches Meeting, the Coach will be in touch with their Players regarding team details.
We will reach out shortly to those who have signed up to volunteer to coach. At this time, we have coaches available for all teams. We will touch base with each level if a coach is needed if we add more teams based on registration numbers.
Baseball Registration is still open and we have minimal openings on teams.

| FIELD CLEAN-UP DAY, SAT - 03.30 |
In preparation for our 2024 Baseball Season, we have scheduled Field Clean-Up for our Bunker Field for Saturday, March 30th, from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
We need as many volunteers as possible to ensure our fields are fully ready for our Players' use prior to the season’s start.
Please bring outdoor equipment and tools such as wheelbarrows, trimmers, blowers, pressure washers, rakes, shovels, gloves, and/or any other type of equipment and tools that can assist with the field clean-up.
